I stumbled on the site when I searched for a shop in Kingston Jamaica during COVID 19. as I wanted a Fathers Day gift delivered to my Jamaican peeps and I live in North America.I rather like that they provided delivery service. I fell in love and was impressed with the offerings.

As a person who knows what she wants I scouted them out for over four weeks. They noticed, emailed me etc I was able to ask questions and they were patient. I loved their price points as well.

Because of how attentive they were in wooing me 🙂 I said yes to the site. They called me and told me they would have the package delivered on Fathers day itself. Impressed!!! Happy!!

They described their protocol re gloves etc, more impressed. So professional. Loved the personal touch. Fet like family.

On Father’s day, I received a text message that my box was being prepared for delivery when it was delivered another message that delivery was complete.

Very nice. One little snag. My peeps could not read the message and said they had no idea who the gift was from as the writing was small ;(.

So maybe a font change or other type of card should be used.

When I spoke to the party in Jamaica they figured the beautiful message was from me. They were in love with the items loved the contents very much.

They were curious and like me were happy that there is such a great little company making waves. By the way, the recipient was impressed as the person who delivered the packaged was nicely dressed.

I would recommend another message cards and overtime more choices. Overall great experience. It’s nice to have this available in my native land. Will definitely use again.

Intrigued, I placed an order and requested that the delivery be made on his birthday. Excellent Boxx design, I personalized the Boxx with my fiancé’s name and she loved it, beautiful. I ordered 2 gift boxes for Mother’s Day and got them the next day (which was fast considering I ordered late). Website was easy to use to make my order and the service was great; I was kept updated with my order status and text messages/calls to let me know delivery was on its way. Packaging was nicely done. I ordered my package on Friday the 9th and presumed my package would arrive the 11th because I selected two day shipping but they emailed me and asked if I would like my package to be delivered on mothers day and I was elated. They also came on time and the quality of packaging was exquisite, I would highly recommend. My mother loved the gift and she was very much surprised.

Great customer service! I wanted to do next day delivery but for some reason it wasn’t allowing me the option, even though I was still eligible for overnight delivery based on the time and their policy. So I called them and I got the problem resolved on the spot. The giftboxx was delivered within their time window the next day and I was called before the delivery to ensure a successful delivery to the recipient. Great care was taken with delivery as I was called once again to report the recipient of the giftboxx delivery. I ordered the giftboxx for my mom’s birthday and she absolutely loved it. Great packaging, presentation, and beautiful balloon add-on!
