Yes we do facilitate bulk and corporate gifts please, contact us for details.
Can I pay offline
Unfortunately no. At this time we are only taking payments via credit card, visa debit card.
I see a price range, what does that mean?
It means that the product in question is a variable product that can cost anywhere between that range based on the customization you choose.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver islandwide. We offer same and next day delivery in the Corporate Area. For delivery outside of the corporate area we provide 2-3 day door to door delivery. Cost is dependent on the recipients parish.
What time is your delivery hours?
We deliver your gifts between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm in the Corporate Area. For out of town deliveries we deliver between the hours of 12:00pm and 5:00pm.
What time is the cutoff time for next day delivery?
To have your gift delivered next day you need to order by 12:00pm the previous day.
Is my GiftBoxx© secured?
Yes. Each GiftBoxx© is delivered personally by our GiftBoxx© team.
How do I know my gift has been delivered?
Once delivery has been completed, you will be notified via the email text message to the email and number you used to purchase the gift.
Can I order a gift and have it delivered the same day.
Please call us at 1.876.894.6927 or use our live chat feature to speak to one of our gift concierge. Same day delivery must be ordered before 11am and is only available in the corporate area.
How safe is your payment system?
Our payment system is safe, it uses industry level encryption. The payment details are transmitted via a codification system (SSL) and the server on which transactions take place is certified by VeriSign.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. For next day orders, cancellation must me made before 3:00pm. For other deliveries cancellation must be done 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Orders that include customized, outsourced or add-on items (eg. Alcohol) are non-refundable.
