Orders for next day delivery must be completed before 12:00pm EST. Orders for next day delivery completed after 12:00pm EST will be delivered the day after next.

During the holiday seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s day, Father’s & Mother’s day) we adhere to a strict delivery schedule, please order early to ensure your gifts are delivered on time.

Please Note:

Corporate Area gift boxes are delivered Monday – Saturday 10:00am – 2:00pm. We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays nor do we deliver to PO BOXES.

Out of town deliveries are made Monday – Saturday Between 10:00am and 4:00pm.

We know the surprise of getting a GiftBoxx© is a part of the experience, however in the event that the recipient is not at the delivery point, we will contact the person via phone to ensure we can deliver on time.

For office deliveries please ensure the recipient is at work on the expected delivery date.

For hospital deliveries please provide the person’s name, contact number, the name of the hospital and the department. For patients please provide the name, contact number hospital and the ward the patient is admitted to. Please ensure that the patient has not been discharged on the date of delivery.

We are not responsible for a gift after it has been delivered and accepted by its recipient, as such we cannot offer a replacement or refund for loss that’s beyond our control.
