GiftBoxx© is committed to the idea that giving should be convenient, elegant and without worries. We take great care to ensure that your gifting experience is seamless from order to delivery. If for some reason we fail to deliver on this promise please let us know by sending an email to info@giftboxx.me and we will work with you to make things right.

Custom Gifts Policy
All customized gifts are non-refundable.

Substitutions

We reserve the right to make substitutions of items of equal or greater value to ensure your that your gifts are delivered to their recipients on time.

Photography

Additional props may be used in the staging photographs of our gift boxes, please refer to the “box contents” in the description for the actual content of each box.

Privacy

We collect personal information to ensure the seamless delivery of your gifts. We will never sell, trade or give your personal information to any third parties. We will not send you emails of any sorts without your expressed permission unless related to delivering or communicating the status of your order to the gifter and the giftee.

Liquor

Gift boxes which contain alcohol may only be purchased by and delivered to persons over the age of 18 years old.

Our website is encrypted with SSL technology and our transactions are processed securely via Stripe.

Credit Card Payments

You can pay for your order by credit card or visa debit card. All transactions are controlled and managed by Stripe. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We also accept all prepaid cards operating within the VISA ELECTRON circuit and visa debit cards as well.
